you can expect to gain 40-50hp, probably even more so because you will have more efficient turbos too.Another reason why I say do it now,you can have the code programmed in when you buy the ECU that will save you a $100 off the bat and also labor charges when they pull the engine to replace your turbos.Trust me there is a huge difference between Stage IIIish to Stage VI or VII.Also why your getting the ECU done you may as well get the 93+ no AIV program thrown on there.(Didn't look at your profile so I don't know the year of your Z)
